All new equipment is sold with the manufacturer's warranty only.
MaynardFixturcraft will accept returns for 30 days from the date
of shipment. Returns of new and unused will be charged a 30%
restocking fee and any shipping fees.
Used equipment will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee
depending on MaynardFixturcrafts assessment of the equipments
condition. Customer must call for a RMA number and authorization.
Any shipments will be refused without and RMA .
New items returned must be new, unused, and contain all original
parts, accessories, manuals and shipping materials.
Any concerns must be submitted to MaynardFixturcraft by e-mail,
fax, or letter within 15 days of receipt of items. |
